About the Role

Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven, strategic, and mission-aligned Regional Field Sales Representative to introduce Aeye Systems’ full suite of products to law enforcement agencies, municipalities, and regional public safety organizations.

As the face of Aeye in your assigned region, you’ll lead outreach, demos, and procurement conversations with decision-makers, helping departments modernize their operations with AI-enhanced tools that improve officer safety, community trust, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Prospect & Qualify: Identify and engage target agencies, city leaders, procurement contacts, as well as regional distribution and reseller partners within your assigned territory. Build a pipeline of high-potential accounts and partnerships to drive regional adoption.

Product Demos: Lead in-person and virtual demonstrations of Aeye’s product suite.

Sales Pipeline Management: Build, track, and manage opportunities using HubSpot CRM. Report progress weekly.

Grant Guidance: Assist departments with understanding purchasing options including grants, cooperative contracts, or direct procurement.

Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact from introduction to post-sale check-ins. Build long-term relationships with agency stakeholders.

Feedback Loop: Relay customer insights to product and marketing teams to influence roadmap and positioning.

Partnership Development: Work with regional resellers, installation partners, and public safety consortiums to expand reach.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in field sales, preferably in law enforcement technology, public sector, or safety/security markets.

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in high-stakes B2G sales, with at least one multi-year role selling high-ticket solutions directly to law enforcement or municipalities.

  • Must have existing relationships or verifiable access to law enforcement command staff, procurement officers, or public safety decision-makers in your region.

  • Ability to run demos, speak to both technical and operational benefits, and navigate procurement and RFP channels with ease.

  • Strong familiarity with law enforcement terminology, operations, and funding structures.

  • Comfortable with regional travel (50–75%) including ride-alongs, trade shows, and on-site demonstrations.

  • Self-starter mindset with ability to work independently while staying aligned to company objectives.

  • Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience a plus).

  • Bonus: Prior experience selling ALPR, in-car video, body cams, CAD/RMS, IoT, or edge AI solutions.
