About the Role

Position Overview
We’re seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Product Setup, Packaging, and Shipping Coordinator to join our operations team. This role is critical in preparing our high-tech products for shipment—ensuring every unit meets Aeye’s performance and presentation standards. You'll be responsible for physical product setup (light assembly/configuration), careful packaging, and managing all aspects of shipping and receiving.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble and configure ALPR systems and components according to documented processes

Perform quality checks and light diagnostic testing before packaging

Prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper protection, labeling, and documentation

Maintain clean, organized, and inventory-efficient packaging and shipping stations

Receive incoming shipments, inspect for damage, verify contents, and log into systems

Communicate with the operations team to manage stock levels and supply reorders

Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners for outgoing shipments

Track shipments and follow up on delivery status and issues as needed

Assist with warehouse and logistics operations as required

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in a product handling, shipping/receiving, or light assembly role

  • Comfortable with tools and light hardware configuration

  • High attention to detail and quality control

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

  • Tech-savvy enough to follow software setup steps or basic hardware testing

  • Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., ShipStation, FedEx, UPS systems) preferred

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

  • Reliable, self-starting, and motivated to meet deadlines

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade certifications a plus
